A NEW DIMENSION IN CONSTRUCTION
Optimum is a consulting firm that uses digital solutions to increase quality, productivity and oversight in construction projects.
We are experts in BIM (building information modeling) and digital processes. Our expertise lies in how BIM can be used to increase design quality, simplify construction planning and facilitate access to information – thus reducing both construction and operating costs.
Services
We use digital solutions to help customers reduce construction and building operating costs. We help to implement BIM solutions as well as providing practical advice on strategic planning and digital processes.
Our methods provide buyers, contractors and designers with information on construction time, costs, materials, asset management and the sustainability of structures, in addition to traditional volume data. By defining the requirements and structure of design models (BIM), design data can be more consistent and all stakeholders are provided with an insight into the status and progress of the project.
Our goal is to increase
efficiency in the construction industry
